Hi, I am Shristi.
Product Designer focused on turning complex, AI-driven workflows into intuitive experiences.

I'm currently a UI/UX Design Consultant in Deloitte Digital, Mumbai where I lead end-to-end product design for healthcare and life sciences clients — designing AI powered authoring tools, patient insights dashboards, and internal platforms that ship to real users.

Before that, I was the sole product designer at an early-stage AI startup, where I shaped a face-recognition SaaS platform from the ground up across mobile, web, and marketing — and grew into leading a design team of three.

I studied Communication Design through a Parsons New York curriculum at ISDI Mumbai, graduating with honors. I care about design systems, thoughtful information architecture, and making sure AI augments human expertise rather than replacing it.

I work best embedded in Agile teams, close to engineers and domain experts, solving problems that actually matter. When I'm not designing, I'm probably on a Padel court, painting, or exploring a new AI tool.

The process

Understand the ecosystem, not just the screen

I start by mapping the full picture: roles, workflows, dependencies, and pain points before touching a wireframe. The best design decisions come from understanding who the users are and how their work connects.

Test early, with the right people

Structured usability testing with domain experts, not just design peers. I write task-based scenarios, observe without steering, and let findings reshape the design, not just validate it.

Build systems, not just screens

Components, patterns, and standards that scale across teams and use cases. A design system isn't a Figma library, it's a shared language that accelerates everyone's work.
